TradeFx provides algorithmic trading software for informational and technical purposes. This website does not provide brokerage services, does not open or manage real trading accounts, does not execute trades, and does not hold, transmit or manage any client funds. Any results shown are historical records of a single live account (see the risk and methodology disclosure on the homepage) and are not a promise of future performance.

2. No Investment Advice; No Guarantee

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We make no representation or warranty that any results, profits or performance shown can or will be achieved. 4. Trial Applications and Third-Party Services

Trial applications are collected through Microsoft Forms, an external third-party service. By submitting an application, you agree to the terms and privacy practices of Microsoft Forms and to being contacted using the details you provide. The website also uses Cloudflare (CDN and security) and Google Analytics (anonymous statistics, loaded only after your consent). We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, software code, and the design of the software, is the property of TradeFx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of this website or the software without our prior written consent.
